Duma Tau is in the northern part of Botswana with great concentrations of elephant in the dry season and good viewing of leopard. The camp offers easy access to Linyanti Swamps, Savute Channel and Linyanti woodlands. The architecture and interiors evoke a bygone age of exploration, carried through the main areas and ending on a floating fire deck. This area is famed for large herds of elephant, sable and roan antelope, zebra, wildebeest, giraffe, lechwe, reedbuck, kudu, lion, spotted hyaena, leopard, cheetah, wild dog. Key bird species seen at the Linyanti concession include Bradfield’s hornbill, Arnot’s chat, red-necked falcon, coqui francolin, southern carmine bee-eater.
